A: We provide 14 days money back Guarantee and 1 Years warranty for all the products from date of purchase. Money Back Gaurentee will only be provided to the products that are seal Packed, Un-opened.
The money back gaurentee is not for those items that are used or damaged. Please contact us before returning the items so that we can guide you with the process.
Q: What Happen If I Buy The Item And It Does Not Work??
A: We will strongly recommend or customers to read our item description, especially the Specifications and compatibility before placing the order. If you are in doubt or if you have any query
about the product, send us the email and we will be more than happy to inform you about your desired item within 10 minutes to 1 Hour during our working hours (10AM to 6PM UK time).
Q: How To Return Item Under 14 Days Money Back Guarantee?
A: Note: Subject to that you do not open the Packages.
(1) The items, you want to return, must be in it's original, unpacked, un-used condition. If the returned item is found opened or used, will not be entertained under Money back Gaurentee.
(2) If you want to Return the item for refund, replacement and repairs, you have to pay for the postage to send it back. The return will always be on customer's own cost.
(3) Once we receive the item we will refund you the amount after necessary verification
Note: According to our policy, we issue refund only on Saturday, so you would need to wait for Saturday before you see the refund amount.
Q: What about the faulty items received in the order?
A: All products come with 1 Years warranty from date of purchase. If you find the item faulty, send us back on your own cost and we will replace the item or repair it for you.
If we are unable to replace or repair, we would either suggest you an alternative or refund you the amount. Please contact us for further assistance.

Q: What Happen If I Buy This Item And It Cause Damages:
A: We will not accept any Liability or claim, other then for replacing this item or refund as stated above. We will strongly suggest you to hire a professional engineer who can test the item and
install it for you. Please check the feedbacks for the item you want to buy or you have already bought from us. For your satisfaction, you can check the liability or claim section of other sellers and
you will better find the same statement. We sell brand new items, do not intend to sell item which cause damages.
We only making this clear because we are not the one who is installing this item so we can only be responsible to replace a faulty unit or refund if it has not been used and the seal has not been broken.
We will only replace, repair or refund for the items that we have received from customers. we will not be responsible if the goods does not reach us.
