Most items are sent 1st class (unless otherwise stated) this means items can arrive within 2-3 days but THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. The only way to make sure an item is delivered by certain date is to select Next Day delivery - we are not held responsible for items taking longer in the post.

Airmail -   Western Europe - 5 days   Eastern Europe - 7 working days Worldwide - 10 working days

International Signed For (ISF) Western Europe - 4 days   Eastern Europe - 6 working days Worldwide - 9 working days

Airsure - Western Europe - 3 days   Eastern Europe - 5 working days Worldwide - 8 working days

These are only guidelines from Royal Mail - From experience we know that items sent to AUSTRALIA - can take between 15 to 25 working days to arrive - please bear this in mind when making your purchase - please ensure you are leaving enough time to receive your item.

RETURN POLICY:

If you want to return an item please use the Ebay Return Procedure.

You can return an outfit back within 7 days of receiving it. Upon recieving the outfit back and once we have checked it, we will issue you a refund minus £2 (this is a restocking charge). 

All Postage costs are to be paid for by yourselves, this includes postage already paid and the postage to return it back (We highly recommend returning using a trackable service). 
If an item had free postage the following amounts will be deducted from the refunded amount for example:
