DUNLEANIN is the last of the Iroquois fast cruising catamarans to be built by Sailcraft in Brightlingsea. She has been well maintained and is now offered for sale by the long standing syndicate owners. Dunleanin sleeps 8 and has full standing headroom in both hulls. She is a spacious and very well equipped boat fitted with gas oven, pressurised hot & cold water, saloon heater, electric windlass, autohelm, GPS, VHF, AIS, cruising chute etc.

Hot and cold pressurised water in both galley and heads. Extensive storage throughout. Cockpit: Sizeable cockpit with helm to starboard.
Condition - The boat is in very good condition structurally and cosmetically and has had regular maintenance and upgrades. None of the known Iroquois problems, water in the balsa core of the coachroof, corroded beams and damaged lee boards or casings, is evident. A copy of a December 2007 survey is available. The hulls have been antifouled for the 2012 sailing season and she is ready to sail.
