36 Goitred Gazelle Gazella subguttorosa Brooke Bond Asian Wild Life 1962
Card Number 36 of a set of cards made by and entitled: Brooke Bond Asian Wild Life (of which there were a total of 50 cards in all to complete the set and were produced in 1962...)
Card Condition - Good-
Please DO double-check condition before you purchase by looking at our large, clear photos...after readying almost 10,000 of these cards for sale it is almost inevitable that errors invariably do creep in!
The catalogue value of the full set of these cards is in the region of £11 - the current card has a catalogue value of ££0.22
*Note that we cant set a fixed price listing lower than 99p, so please use Best Offer after taking into account the condition of the card (Good) and its real value (£0.2) in order to get the best price...
The current fixed-price of this card - shown has ALREADY been reduced to 80-90% of its catalogue value*...
...so,What is a fair price for us to accept - and therefore, for you to offer? Simple! Use The Multiplier Table Below and follow the steps!
Step 1: Note the condition of this card (i.e. this card is in "&A5&" condition)
Step 2...Note down it's current price and then, to work out the fair price of the card all you need to do is multiplying that price by the "0.x" number that is next to the same condition in as the card from the list below...
Poor Condition cards should multiply their price by 0.25 to find out what we consider to be a fair price...
Fair Condition cards should multiply by 0.4...
Fairly Good condition cards multiply the price by 0.5
Good condition cards multiply the price by 0.65
Very good condition cards multiply by 0.75
and finally, for cards listed in 'Excellent Condition', please multiply our current fixed price by about 0.85...0.9
Example: Price of a card is stated at £2.50 in Good Condition...
All you need to do is look for Good Condition Card multiplier, and the price - and times them together...so £2.50 x 0.65 in our example will give us a "fair best offer price" of £1.63
Example 2: Price of card is listed at £1.25 in Poor condition - if you check for the Poor multiplier (it's 0.25), and multiply it by the current price (£1.25 price x 0.25 - poor condition card multiplier), giving a fair best offer to make of about 32p - the offer would be accepted - but not below this figure.
Postage, packing and handling fees are kept to a minimum if you buy multiple items together, with additional cards costing just a few pence extra to post with other purchases, so please DO have a good look in our other listings!)
*The catalogue value of a card is always based on the assumption that a card or set sold is in tip-top condition...but this is hardly ever the case as is obvious from photographs of cards in various conditions....Therefore our values are based on and reflect a number of factors which include (but are not limited to) :
-Terapeak Sales Data...
- our own past personal sales data for similar sets / cards...
- Specialist valuation sites or industry references (e.g. Murrays)
- Other Information i.e. from other people and sites (a special thanks to J Allenders Card Checklists reference site has to be given here - saved me weeks of work...) and from other Analysis a/nd reasoning of current market conditions (and how they might affect prices...). Vocationally I am an Analyst by trade, so this has seen me in good stead in listing the 10,000 cards I have coming up for sale..."

General information on paper types and image scaling.
...Purchasers of photo or poster prints please note that size information or dotted line in the middle of our listing images are watermarks and DO NOT appear on the finished print or poster. We use the highest quality glossy Archive papers for photo prints up to 12x18" as well as for the giant 50x75cm / 20x30" photo poster prints - and quality paper in the 200-250gsm range with a satin finish on posters 40x60cm (A2) or above (except for the large photo poster as already mentioned...)
..it is important to note prints and posters may not scale to larger sizes and look good at the size you want because the quality of image available is simply not available..in these cases we will contact you with various options pertinent to your particular choice.
..Images are scaled to fit modern page sizes - in many cases this means that the original will not scale up to fit the page in one direction - therefore borders top and bottom or left and right will be applied to ensure the most number of prints fit the most modern frames.
..Purchasers of postcards, cigarette cards or similar small paper collectibles please note that an extra charge of just a few pence is levied if items are paid for at the same time on a combined invoice. We cannot combine items after you have paid for them so please ensure you wait for us to send you our combined invoice to ensure the postage discount is applied.
Images used and for sale on our site, unless otherwise stipulated, are in the public domain because copyright has expired. This applies to Australia, the European Union and those countries with a copyright term of life of the author plus 70 years. This also applies to U.S. works where the copyright has expired, often because its first publication occurred prior to January 1, 1923.
