Delivery: here at Motopike Ltd we pride ourselves in our ability to serve and recognise the overall needs of online shopping. All of our items will always be despatched ‘exactly’ how they were received from the manufacturer and in further robust external packaging to easily withstand expert domestic and international carriers. This means all original item packaging and materials will be present at delivery, we will not unwrap or remove external packaging just so we can ‘jam’ it into a smaller jiffy bag. Your items and orders will literally be treated as if it were our own from start to finish. Further information and delivery times/schedules/services are always available upon request at any time. Delivery times depend on service and location. No weekend or UK public holiday despatch and delivery services currently available. Cancelling: Orders can be cancelled at anytime unless despatch confirmation(s) has been issued by e-mail from our web shop. If the goods have been shipped in good faith and without prior cancellation notification from the purchaser, then they can still be returned for a full refund on the value of the goods, but the original shipping charges cannot be reversed, only if cancellation was received after despatch confirmation(s). If notification of cancellation has been received before despatch, then all monies will be returned immediately or within 24 hours and the original contract will end between Motopike Ltd and the consumer. Returns: Items may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges unless agreed with Motopike Ltd) but the claim must be made within seven days of the original delivery date and goods returned within 28 days from the claim date. Additionally the returned item(s) must still be within the original manufacturer’s packaging to qualify for return. Open or used items will not be accepted for return or cancellation – this does not apply to product warranty issues. Simply contact a member of Motopike Ltd to register your right to cancel and we will assist in every way. Any item(s) returned without prior contact will not be recognised by Motopike Ltd and unless agreed prior, the consumer bears all return costs and is responsible for the manner they are returned in. Should any returned item(s) be damaged from insufficient packaging or negligent handling, then a charge of up to 30% of the item’s value will be made and deducted from the final amount. Refunds: In the extremely unlikely event that your delivery has arrived damaged or not fit for purpose, then simply contact a member of Motopike Ltd to verify the claim. Once details have been exchanged and agreed, Motopike Ltd will make the necessary arrangements to reverse the transaction in full (including shipping charges) with immediate effect. Refunds however will not be made or recognised if no attempt from the customer has been made to contact Motopike Ltd to verify the claim. Additionally, it will be the consumer's responsibility and expense to return any purchased item(s) to Motopike Ltd in the manner they were received for refund unless agreed prior (see Returns for more information). However if it is clear that Motopike Ltd has shipped incorrect or damaged goods, then all costs will be met by Motopike Ltd. Warranty: All of our sold products are deemed ‘fit for purpose’ and carry a year’s warranty as standard. Should an item develop a fault from use within the manufacturer’s recommendations for use, then simply contact a member of Motopike Ltd to register the complaint and validate the fault. If validated by a member of Motopike Ltd, we will either make arrangement for replacement or refund according to the consumer’s individual needs. Warranty validation can only occur if sufficient information has been received by Motopike Ltd throughout the process of the claim. Motopike Ltd will not recognise the return of any item, for any reason, unless prior contact has been made and qualified by a member of Motopike Ltd respectively. Credit Card Payments: We do accept credit card payments through Barclaycard Virtual Terminal service. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
