All our products are rigorously tested and measured in order that we can give true and accurate descriptions, however in the unlikely event that a mistake occurs we will happily give a full, no quibble refund if notified within 14 days of receipt of goods. The refund will cover the full cost of goods paid to us (cost of item and postage) we will also refund your return postage at standard first class postage rate.
