Return policy details
We do accept items for return for any reason. Please email us to let us know you are sending the item back prior to returning. We will make a full refund once the item is received and only refund postage if we've made a mistake or the shoes/item are faulty, and that doesn't happen very often. Occasionally items do get lost in the post. However we obtain proof of postage for EVERY item sent and all items are insured against loss. In the event of a lost item we will send a replacement as long as we have one or offer a refund / exchange.
• Please include a note of your ebay ID, item number and reason for sending it back, in the parcel so we could track the transaction quickly and comply with the request instantly.
• Please do not tape the boxes and items should be sent back un-used, in their original condition and packing.
