To ship an item, it is important that you must let us have your
current contact details, especially if these details are not
clearly provided via eBay or PayPal, or if there is a difference
between the two. We must have your Full
Name, Business Name (where applicable), Full Postal Address,
Postcode and details of your Land-Line Telephone Number. We can also
add details of your Mobile Telephone Number to the consignment, which can
help our carrier to locate your address or let you know if a
delivery is delayed.

Carriage, where applicable, is usually charged on top of the

shipment of the item anywhere to the UK Mainland.

Our stated charge is usually for an insured and fully tracked
Consignment Number and Web Tracking URL will be sent to you via
email unless an alternative carriage method has been stated or
otherwise agreed. When shipped via our Carrier, the package is
our responsibility until signed for by the buyer when it is
delivered, after which our liability for loss or damage during
carriage and shipment ends.
Next Working Day Delivery is our Target, but please note this
is not Guaranteed
Delivery is usually made Next Working Day (Working Day
means Monday to Friday, excluding Weekends and UK
Public Holidays), but this timescale is
not guaranteed. If you need delivery to be made on a
certain day (Mainland UK) or at a certain time, please refer to

We will always try to ship an order as soon as possible, and
same day if we can do it. However, please note that this aim
will be limited by the number of packages being shipped on the
day and by the time that an order arrives on our system. Please be aware that noon is our effective cut-off time for
small items. Larger items will usually take longer to pack, so
please allow extra time for delivery if an item is very large,
heavy or bulky. Orders received after the noon cut-off time will
usually be packed and shipped on the next Working Day.
Carriage Charges on Multiple eBay Items
We are more than happy to combine carriage charges for
multiple purchases if you make contact to let us know. Once
payment has been made for an initial item and the package
shipped, we cannot then combine carriage charges for subsequent
items with the initial item.
Signature is Required on Delivery
For security and anti-fraud measures, all packages must be
signed for upon delivery. Please inspect the package on
delivery because, once signed for, the buyer is deemed to have
accepted that the goods have arrived in good condition.
Failed Deliveries to Unoccupied
If nobody is there to sign for the package, the
delivery cannot be made. We will always try to re-book a 2nd
delivery attempt free of charge if at all possible. However, if
the goods are returned to us because nobody was there to sign
for the package, then a 2nd delivery charge may be required
before we can attempt a further delivery.
In the event of a damaged delivery, please
do not accept or sign for the package. If you have
signed, then claiming against our insurance becomes much harder.
At the very least, you will need to send us an image of the
damaged and unopened item before we can even begin to submit a
claim against our carriage insurance. In any event, we cannot
authorise a return or refund unless we issue you with a Return
Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Any packages arriving here
without a valid RMA will be refused automatically by our
