We do everything possible to ensure your item is sent to the requested address. Under NO circumstances can we deliver to a different address to that which is stated on your EBay Account. You can change your address or add an address at the time of purchase if a different delivery address is required please change it before purchase once the item has been purchased and processed it is very difficult to change the address please ensure any address changes are made before purchase

Most items are sent via Royal Mail standard First or Second class mail and sometime via courier - We reserve the right to change the mode of posting depending on the weight and size of the item

DELAYED ITEMS

Most of our items are sent via Royal Mail and are estimated to be delivered within 3 To 4 working days; however we have noticed that on some occasions, a delivery has been attempted while no- one is at home. The parcel is then taken to a local Royal Mail Depot without being delivered and more often than not a calling card is not left at the delivery address to notify you either

we will not be able to replace or refund an item not received until 15 working days have past. This is a royal mail rule not ours, as they do not consider an item lost until this time

RETURNS

In the unlikely event you may need to return an item you have purchased from us please contact us for the relevant instructions and return address.

All returns must have your ebay user I'd or your name and identification details so we can process your return
