OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE SETUP

Generally, your Hydrobuddy Filter should be mounted directly to ducting or to an exhaust/extract fan. Your airflow should pass over the pre-filter, activated carbon and then through the centre of the filter and out through your fan.

To get the most out of your kit, please follow these few tips:

Remember, if you reverse-mount your PRO Filter you will lose the benefit of your pre-filter and reduce the life of the carbon.

Always mount your PRO filter as high as possible. Hot air naturally rises and so will your odours!
~

Try not to block too much of the filter with mounting straps or hanging devices. Use the ends of the filter to support, so not to inhibit the surface area of the filter.
~

Do Not mount your PRO Filter near to humidifiers. Humid air over 85% may enter the filter rendering the activated carbon ineffective and your filter may NOT neutralise odours!
~

Ensure you have an airtight seal around the connection of your PRO filter to ducting or extractor fan.
~

Do Not use your filter if it is damaged in anyway.
~

Is this kit big enough for my set up?

Can be wired to a UK 3 amp plug using 2-core lighting cable (earth is not needed as the fan is double insulated.

Can be wired to a suitable electronic, transformer, variac or temperature/humidity controller.
