All goods remain the property of Jem Sox Ltd until paid for in full.
All wholesale orders are exempt from our standard 7 day return policy.
Buy purchasing this item, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below by Jemsox Ltd.
We accept payment via Paypal, Cheque and Postal Order.
Wholesale orders can also be paid by Bank Account Transfer (BACS)
We aim to despatch all orders by post within 3 working days of receipt (Mon – Fri) In Accordance with Royal Mail guidelines, we cannot regard an order as undelivered until 15 working days after despatch date, after this time period we can either offer you a refund or resend your item.
Please be aware that any items sent recorded will need to be signed for when delivered by Royal Mail or by our courier.
If you are not happy with any purchase from us, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt and request an ‘Ebay Return’. We must receive it back un-used and in it’s original condition within 7 days (please obtain a certificate of posting). Please do not remove any tags from the garment until you are 100% happy with your purchase. Upon receipt our quality control will inspect prior to refunding the ‘tem price’ (we only refund return postage costs if there is a fault or we have sent you the wrong item).
If an item has been sent out in error by us please contact us to arrange an exchange. If the item is found to be faulty we will ask you to return the order for inspection by quality control. If the item is found to be faulty by quality control replacement items will then be sent to you and a full refund of any incurred postage will be returned to you.
If you require an exchange because you ordered the wrong item (i.e: colour/size) or there is no fault with the item you received you will need to pay the return postage costs and we will send you a Paypal invoice for the postage costs to send the exchange.
We cannot accept returns/exchanges if an item has been washed or worn. Returned items must be in the same physical condition as they were supplied. Items such as underwear must be tried on over other clothing.
We would usually leave you positive feedback before you receive your item, as long as you have paid on time and there is no problems with cheques etc.. We strongly believe you should receive feedback based on your speed of payment and communication.
We also believe that we should receive feedback on whether you are happy with the product, delivery and communications, throughout the transaction. If you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us prior to leaving feedback to give us the opportunity to resolve any problems.
