SHIPPING：
All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received.

Items would be dispatched at 7am every morning via Royal Mail 1st class standard service from Monday to Friday. And we stop taking orders at 5am. So, if you purchase after 5am, we are afraid to say that you have to wait until the next 7am comes.

PLEASE NOTE that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays would be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class Standard – normally 1 ~ 2 working days, but not guaranteed.

Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail – normally 3 ~ 5 working days, but not guaranteed.

We will only send replacement item once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch.
