If an item is no longer required, we will accept returns 14 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is returned in its original condition, unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. We strongly recommend that you return the item by Recorded Delivery.
Any costs/postage charges incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer. Original postage costs are non refundable. Please contact us in the first instance if you have an item that you would like to return. Refunds are made by the same transaction method as you made the payment, ie, if you paid by Paypal then your refund will be made by Paypal. Paypal charges are not refundable. Please note an item sent with free postage that is later returned will incur a handling charge (equivalent to the outward postage costs).
We try to list our products as clearly and as accurately as possible but if you are unsure or need clarification about any of our products, please feel free to contact us prior to buying. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, listed incorrectly or the description is misleading, we will refund you for the product and the original postage costs plus the cost of returning the item to us.
Occasionally items may get damaged on their way to you. If this happens, please contact us and we will do all we can to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Any problems, concerns or queries, please contact us via Ebay email message.
Please note that Royal Mail will no longer pay compensation for the loss or damage of items for customers that do not include a tracking element. This includes both domestic and international services, and is in line with their industry standards.
Compensation is still available for loss or damage of tracked services (Special Delivery, Royal Mail Tracked, International Signed For and Airsure).
We strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail tracked delivery, available on all our items as we will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
