All our high quality products have been fully tested to ISO 9001 standards. All ICplus branded products carry a full, two-year comprehensive warranty from the date of manufacture. We warrant our printer supplies to be free from defects in both material and workmanship. At our discretion, we will replace the item and/or refund the full purchase price of any item found to be unsatisfactory. We further warrant that our products will not cause damage, deterioration or abnormal wear in any compatible machine for which it was originally designed. Shortages, damaged or wrong goods supplied should be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. We don't have responsibility to pay for return postage. Return of the defective product is required and must be clearly marked with the invoice number on the outside of the package. The warranty is dependent upon the customer providing satisfactory evidence that the failure was due to a defect in our product. This should include prints from the faulty printer cartridge. Any sign of tampering with the product will void this warranty. You have the right to return goods in as new condition within 14 days from receipt without providing a reason.
