400 day anniversary / torsion clock a sturdily constructed and yet very decorative torsion clock with porcelain dial and pie crust bezel on a circular brass base complete with a crown to the pendulum with hook attachment   Made in the early (1900s).the clock is working and keeps  good time.It comes complete with a glass dome which does have some chips around the base of the dome and are not visable when mounted in the brass base. The dial is in excellent condition  The height of the clock is 27cm and with the dome 32cm the diameter of the base is 20cm comes complete with winding key
