These fantastic old books will help paint a vivid picture of what family life was like for your ancestors over ninety years ago. In addition to the 96 genealogy books there are 53 almanacs and directories,154 books on local history,21 books on the Irish abroad,43 books on peerage baronetage and heraldry,92 books on social and geographical history and 20 books on general history.

The Books on the DVDs are in the public domain and therefore no copyright rules have been breached. There may be some imperfections due to ageing, deletions of added notes and pen markings as they have been scanned from original books. However all the books are fully legible except for one book which contains  pages with some missing text .This is noted on the list below.

The Books are all in PDF format therefore you will require Adobe reader which you can download free on your computer from www adobe.com.

The Books are on a DVD-R and will not be readable with some CD-ROM Drives and Operating Systems prior to Windows XP. However a full refund will be given if DVDs are not suitable.

The Books contain several vintage illustrations some of which are included here.
