Non-UK orders are dispatched by DHL using their express based services and are normally delivered within 1-3 days for the majority of European countries and within 1-6 days for the rest of the world.

UK Delivery by Royal Mail
Standard or Free Uk Delivery
Items are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class using their PacketPost service and are normally delivered within 1-3 working days. 95% are delivered within this timescale but please allow 4-5 working days. A signature may be required on delivery.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands and Channel Islands may take up to an additional 3 days.
If your parcel requires a signature and you are are unable to accept delivery then Royal Mail will leave a card stating the time and date they attempted delivery and details as to the current location, which is normally the local main post office. Your parcel will be held for seven days at the local post office and will then be returned to OFFTEK.
UK Express Delivery
These items are dispatched by Royal Mail Special delivery. Delivery to the majority of UK postcodes is guaranteed by 1PM (excludes Saturdays).
Due to exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions etc then your item may be delayed. Exclusions are as follows: -
Scottish Highlands - Next Day by 17:30
Shetlands Islands - Two Working Days
Outer Hebrides - Two Working Days
Sark & Hern Channel Islands - Two Working Days
Orkney Islands - Three Working Days

International Delivery by DHL

Returning Products for Refund
Customers can return items for a full refund based on the following conditions :-
The item can be sold again as new.
The goods are returned to us no later than 30 days after date of receipt.
Please contact us in order to obtain a returns number. You will then receive an email outlining the process of how to return your product.
Faulty Goods within Warranty Period
OFFTEK provides a limited lifetime warranty on 'memory modules'. Flash memory, storage devices and any other products are subject to specific manufacture warranties. When the goods have been returned to us and confirmed after testing as faulty, we will then provide a replacement. Please contact us in order to obtain a returns number. You will then receive an email outlining the process of how to return your product.
