Item must be returned within: 14 Days of receipt 4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY 4.1 If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by email to sales@frilioth.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you, we usually despatch within 24 hours; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below. 4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. This is subject to the items being unused and in a resaleable condition and will incur a 10% re stocking fee. The costs and risk of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. 4.3 Upon receipt of the goods in the condition they were in when delivered to you, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. 4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the event that the product has been used. 4 5 If the product develops a fault after 14 days but within 3 Months please notify us at sales@frilioth.co.uk to obtain a returns number. Returns will not be accepted otherwise. The goods can then be returned to us for inspection. The costs and risk of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. If the goods are deemed faulty you will be issued with an exchange. The provisions of clause 4.4 & 4.5 do not affect your statutory rights.
