If you need to change a shipping address, please edit the address
on the order, (i.e. the screen you are one just before you press the Pay Now
Button), just before making a payment - as goods can only be sent to the
address on the purchase order form.
Ironically, messages on orders & emails can easily be
overlooked by the computer systems. Please always contact me via eBay
messages, particularly if you have left a message on the order form (as these
disappear into cyberspace for bulk sellers)
Failure to deliver can incur additional postal charges.
Including a relevant phone number on your order, can help prevent this from
happening. If you entered your phone number on to your shipping address via
eBay>Accounts, your phone number will automatically show up (and be visible
to sellers) on all your purchases.
Undelivered parcels are only kept in the delivery depots for a
few days before being returned to sender. Please respond to calling cards
quickly to avoid this.
If your telephone number is provided, I will only contact
you regarding your order.
If you are purchasing
more than one item, please pay for them altogether. To do this, click
“Seller’s Other Items” or “Continue Shopping” links, instead of paying straight
away. When you then select the Pay Now option, you should see all the items you
have chosen to buy, listed on one invoice.
Orders over £20 will be
sent via courier - (Interlink Express Next Day Service).
All other orders
delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
It's important to keep an eye on tracking numbers.
submit your mobile number, you will receive notifications telling who which day
and at what time your parcel will arrive (courier only).
damaged parcels as ‘damaged’ and always check the contents of your parcel(s) on
receipt so that any problems can be rectified immediately.

TIMES INCREASE DURING NOVEMBER & DECEMBER
Christmas Shopping - Please order early to
avoid disappointment as dispatch times gradually increase from 1 to around 15
working days during November & December!
Unfortunately, delays can be expected in the run-up to Christmas
as it’s the busiest time of year. I might not answer messages as quickly as
usual….during this time.
However, most orders will be sent out a lot sooner than the
listing suggests - as you can see from my feedback, most orders are usually
shipped quickly. I have to allow more time to cover myself, in case of any
unexpected delays caused by circumstances out of my control. Dispatch &
delivery can both take longer at Christmas.
Orders will continue to be dispatched
throughout Christmas & New Year, however there could be postal delays,
until around mid-January so delivery might take a while, even if goods are
