    ITEM NOT WORKING? CONTACT ME:- If you have purchased an item from me that doesn’t work or is broken please contact me straight away through eBay messages and let me know the problem. There is no need for rudeness or aggressive e mails, it is not my fault. I do not intentionally send out products that do not work. Sometimes, especially with electronics, things just do not work. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK BEFORE GIVING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO PUT IT RIGHT. When you contact me I will advise you on how best to send the item back. If you do not contact me and send an item back using a method that costs more than I would have advised I will only refund the amount I paid to ship it out to you originally. If the item doesn’t work or is broken I will refund what it cost to send back up to what I originally paid to ship to you. If upon inspection the item does work I will be in touch with you to see if you want the item back and send you an invoice for the postage. If you do not want it back then I will, depending on the state of the item, refund you the ITEM price not including any postage and packing it cost me to ship.
