Please contact us first prior to returning your order. Please Note: When sending a return, postage and packaging cost are your responsibility. Therefore please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your local Post Office which is free. If you are in the European Union and you cancel your entire order within seven days after the day you receive it, we will refund the postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any). If you asked us to send express delivery and paid for it, we will only refund the cost of the default 2nd class delivery postage and packaging cost.
