Shipping Information

Every effort is made to send your item as soon as payment is received usually the next working day, however please allow 1-3 days for dispatch. Once i have sent your item you will receive an automated email confirming this information. UK buyers can expect to receive their item within 1-7 days of dispatch depending on its weight and size. International buyers please allow 7-21 days.

I take pride in the wrapping and protection of my parcels, anything that could be broken in delivery is clearly "marked handle with care". Once your item has left my possesion i cannot be held responsible for its  loss or  damage in the delivery process. I can honestly say that the amount of parcels that are received damaged is considerable low, and the loss of parcels is quite rare. However for peace of mind it is advisable to add recorded delivery in the checkout process. UK buyers can add just £0.68p, this will insure that you can track and trace where your parcel is, and you will have to sign for it, on delivery, the contents will be insured for up to £32.00. Items which value more than this can be insured for an additional cost which i would be more than happy to inquire about for you.

International buyers also have this option when items are sent  with Airsure, fees vary depending on weight, size and destination please email for a quote if you would like to protect your parcel.

Money Back Quarantee

I will not hestitate to refund your money in full if my description does not match the product received. Additionally If you are not happy with the product received even though it matches the item description you are intitiled to a full refund of  the item price, excluding postage and packaging. All i ask is that the item is sent back in its orginally packaging and  undamaged, please note the postage that you pay to return the item to me is non refundable.

We all know how important feedback is on ebay, feedback generated is probably the most important factor in a buyers decision. Intially when i first started out on ebay i always left feedback first, however its really annoying when this process is not  always returned by the buyer. I  sometimes wonder after sending several emails to leave feedback,  if they simply forget, get kidnapped by an alien called Winston or they just cant be bothered??? thus i have decided to go against the flow and now i leave feedback once i have received the buyers first.
