You will need to supply details such as:

●        Ribbon colour, diamante colour, print colour (if applicable)

●        Who is hosting the Wedding .ie. Couple or Bride’s parents

●        The full names of the hosts

●        The full names of the couple

●        Date of Wedding ceremony

●        Time of Wedding ceremony

●        Full address of Wedding ceremony venue

●        Full address of Wedding reception venue

●        Full name and address of where RSVPs should be sent

●        Date of which RSVPs should be received by

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

Should there be any additional information .ie. The reception does not follow directly after the ceremony; you will need to supply all necessary details.

Further detail, such as the following can be added to the inner cover of the card:

―         Menu choice

―         Gift list information

―         Personalised messages

―         Money poem

GUESTS’ NAMES:

As standard guests’ names are not printed on the invitation and a space for names to be written is not included. If you would like a space inserted for you to handwrite guests’ names, please inform us prior to approving the proof.

INVITATION WORDING:

These are just two examples; we have many versions of wording for hosts and can cater for most circumstances. ie. Both sets of parents hosting, remarried parents hosting.

PERSONALISED PROOF:

Once we receive your email reply and all necessary information, we will produce your personalised proof. The proof will be emailed to you (as a pdf attachment) for approval of spelling, content and layout. Upon return email, any necessary changes will then be made. Once you are 100% happy with the proof and have approved it, work will then commence on your order. Please note changes cannot be made once the proof has been approved. 

Invitations will be dispatched within 15 – 20 days from the date of your approval of the proof.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.        All invitations are representative; appearance may differ slightly once personalised .ie. Fonts may be made smaller to tailor the design for longer names.

2.      All colours are representative; due to differences in screen resolutions and monitors colours may differ slightly.

3.      All spellings of names and venues will copied from those emailed to us by you. It is your responsibility to inform us of accurate information prior to the proof being approved.

4.      As standard guests’ names are not printed on the invitation and a space for names to be written is not included. If you would like a space inserted for you to handwrite guests’ names, please inform us prior to approving the proof.

5.       Fully cleared payment must be received before any work commences on your invitation. No proofs will be made prior to receiving payment in full.

6.      All emails will be sent to the email address you have registered with eBay/PayPal.

7.       No invitations will be made until the proof has been approved by you and you confirm so by email.

8.      Changes cannot be made once the proof has been approved. 

9.      Invitations will be dispatched 15 – 20 working days from date of your email confirming your approval of the proof.

10.  All invitations are bespoke and made to order, therefore refunds are only offered if an error has been made by WadeRae Creations.
