Hi, you are buying 1 alphabet of capital letters (A-Z) and 1 set of numbers (0-9)
The letters and numbers are all self adhesive
They are made from quality vinyl suitable for use inside or out.
The letters can be used on any smooth clean surface.
The letters are approx 50mm High and designed to be used with our 50mm lower case letters

(Note widths of letters will vary depending on the individual letter)

General Information

Frequently asked questions:
- Can you write on the stickers ? - This is only possible with like a Sharpie permanent marker type pen, normal pens will not work.
- What colour is the background ? - The letters do not have a background colour.  They are supplied pre-cut on a backing sheet ready to be peeled off and applied where required.
- Can you gurantee delivery for a specific day ? - No, we use Royal Mail 1st Class as standard for our UK postage.  While this is good most of the time it has been known to fail and items be lost.  If you need to have items sent quickly then please let us know and if necessary we can quote for Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- What is the availability of colours ? - while we hold a stock of the colours listed above we reserve the right to vary the delivery time for larger orders.  Should this be a problem we will let you know promptly and you can decide either to proceed or we will make a 100% refund.
- Why are all the numbers and letters not the same width ? - the widths of the letters and numbers vary according to the font used and the individual letter / number.
- How do you send the items out ? - most of our standard items are sent in a hard cardboard backed envelope to minimise the risk of damage during delivery.

Payments - We only accept payment via Paypal on Ebay.   If you want to pay via another method please contact us, items will only be sent once cleared funds are received.

Postage UK - All items are posted 1st class within 3 working days of receiving the order.  Please remember that Royal Mail 1st class can take upto 4 working days to deliver.

Postage Europe - All items are posted using the Royal Mail Small Parcels Service within 3 working days of receiving the order.  Delivery is usually within 5 to 10 working days.  If you want us to insure the shipment please let us know at the time of ordering and we can advise the additional costs.  Any import duties / VAT payable are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns - We check all our orders prior to shipment.  If you believe we have made an error or you believe the items are not up to standard, please let us know within 5 days of receiving the product.  If we have made an error we will despatch a replacement within 3 working days.  If the items are not acceptable then please return them by Royal Mail Post.  We will refund the original payment received plus the return postage costs once the items have been received back.

Liability - Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the items supplied.
