We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from us. However, in the event that the product is not what you expected the following applies. The customer MUST contact us within 48 hours of the item being delivered. The cost of returning a faulty or unwanted product(s) will be at the customer's expense.
Unwanted Goods: The customer must cancel the order within 7 days of receipt of the consignment. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org providing details of the product(s) to be returned, reason for return and the original order number. A Returns Number and instructions for the return of products will be e-mailed to you. ALL items must be UNUSED,REPACKED CORRECTLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING & RESALEABLE. The cost of returning unwanted products will be at the customer's expense. The products being returned must be securely packed to avoid damage. We recommend that the return of products is by pre-paid recorded delivery using Royal Mail or courier. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that have not been signed for as received by ourselves.
A credit refund will be given for the product(s), less the original cost of post and packaging, provided the product(s) is unused, in stock condition and is in the original packaging. Otherwise, product(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Faulty Products: Faulty products within the manufacturer's guarantee period can be returned to us for exchange/repair during the warranty period. All products still under guarantee will be tested upon return and if found to be in working order will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. The product guarantee certificate, proof of purchase and nature of fault must accompany the returned goods. The cost of sending the repaired/replacement item will be at the expense of Discount Leisure Products.
Customers should not accept or sign for consignments damaged during transit by our courier.
Products will not be exchanged/repaired where they have been damaged by misuse or neglect or where the customer has attempted to repair an item. Customers will have the option of paying the return postage to have the product(s) returned or of requesting us to dispose of the product(s) on their behalf. Where instructions have not been received within 14 days of our requesting instructions from the customer, the product(s) will be disposed of on the customer's behalf.
We will refund/replace the product within 7 working days of our receiving the return.
For Intex products, it is a condition of purchase that the customer must contact the Intex Help Line (Tel: 0844 561 7129) in the event that the product is faulty on receipt or during the guarantee period. Intex will send you a replacement product/part free of charge. In the unlikely event that you should experience problems with the Intex service please do not hesitate to contact us.
