Returns & Refunds

Please return your item within 7 days of receipt.

Unwanted items may be returned to us only if the following occurs:

Postage & Packaging

Orders received Monday to Friday before 3.00pm will usually be despatched same day and normally arrive the next working day.

Items ordered over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday. Larger items (plus 4kgs) are dispatched my UPS using their 48 hour service.

International orders are sent either Standard Airmail, Signed for Service or by UPS courier.

If you are outside of UK, please contact us for the price of postage. It is likely to be less than advertised.

You will receive and email once your item has been despatched.

Returns policy

Return policy details
Upon arrival of your goods we ask you to please inspect the goods and notify us within 48 hours. In order for us to provide any eventual replacement or issue alternative compensation we will need photographs to be sent to ebay@alchemistic.co.uk for claims purposes. Failure to provide photographs will result in us not being able to send any replacements or issue alternative compensation. Please note that you are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive your goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order after your goods has been delivered, we will refund the original purchase price once returned to us and deduct any delivery charges incurred and eventual restocking fees, provided that you have notified us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you received your goods, and that you have taken reasonable care of the goods and not used them. When returning goods, please take all reasonable care to ensure that all items are suitably packaged and the goods are protected when being returned. You should also return a valid proof of purchase and the returned product must be complete and in the condition with original packaging. You must bear all the costs of returning any unwanted goods to us and provide proof of delivery. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable, other than for faulty goods and if your goods qualified for free delivery a charge will be made to cover our original delivery costs. All unwanted goods are subject to a £4.99 restocking fee. Failed delivery attempts will be carded by courier driver. You must personally contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact us. In case of a failed delivery returned to us, any re-deliveries will be chargeable at the full cost of the original shipping or £4.99 if item(s) were originally shipped free.
