All of the photographs are of the actual medal and ribbon that the buyer will receive. Some pictures may have been taken in artificial light, and others may have been taken in natural daylight. Please see the various postage and insurance options available below. The 'standard delivery' and 'express delivery' mentioned above, are actually Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™. Postage to foreign destinations is by Royal Mail International Signed For Mail. Please read more details about these three services below. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions that you might have. Thanks.
* Please read the information below regarding P.O. Box addresses in overseas destinations.
Unfortunately, I cannot post to Post Office Box addresses in foreign destinations. This is because the Royal Mail in the United Kingdom will no longer provide insured and tracked shipping to P.O. Boxes at overseas addresses. Mail sent abroad must be to regular addresses in order to be insured and tracked and to be able to meet Paypal's buyer and seller's protection rules. If you can change your P.O. Box address to a non P.O. Box address, that's fine, (Ebay and Paypal must have the same registered address), but if you can only provide a Post Office Box address, then I am afraid that I cannot accept your bid.
Payment by Paypal will ensure the quickest delivery ( Paypal eCheques will need to clear from buyer's account to seller's account, approx one week, before items are sent), but I also accept payment by cheque in British pounds drawn on a British bank account, or British postal orders in pounds sterling. Please allow time for cheques to arrive and clear before items are sent. The buyer will receive details of who to make a cheque payable to at the end of the auction, please see payment instructions below. I will gladly combine postage for any multiple purchases, to get the lowest postage cost, and the winning bidders of more than one of my auctions will receive an invoice including the combined total postage amount.
I always pack items for mailing very carefully, and use printed address labels.
Please would you read the information below regarding postal services.
SPECIAL DELIVERY. This method is protected in transit, and is insured up to £500.00 (or a higher amount if necessary). A Special Delivery option is available for UK buyers when going through the Ebay checkout and payment process.
ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR. This method requires a signature on delivery, and is insured. Extra insurance of up to £250.00 or up to £500.00 (depending on the country) is available if necessary. Paypal require that items sent to foreign destinations are sent using a trackable method.
I always complete customs forms with the correct value of the item being posted, in order to obtain the correct insurance to protect both the buyer and seller. Please do not ask me to falsify the amount written on the form, as I cannot. Customs charges, taxes and import duties, etc, are the responsibility of the country of destination, and are therefore completely beyond my control. Please would foreign bidders take these things into consideration before bidding.
Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class for the United Kingdom is also available if the buyer prefers to opt for it instead, but please be aware that this method is not fully insured, and items are sent at the buyer's risk if this method is chosen.
Be sure to add me to your favourites list!
Please would the buyer make contact and payment as soon as possible. Thanks.
