LATE/MISSING PARCEL Please allow 15 working days from delivery before reporting non-arrival, Royal Mail will not accept responsibility before then. Please also check local sorting office, and neighbours before coming back to us, often items are tracked this way. If returned to us as NOT KNOWN, or NOT CALLED FOR, we will only re-ship when further postage has been paid
COLLECTION FROM US Collection only accepted from our unit address betweeen 9.30am & 3pm Monday to Friday - please give at least 2 days notice to ensure goods will be available to collect & bring some form of ID. REFUND & RETURN POLICY We will replace or refund faulty goods returned to us with appropriate proof of purchase. You must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the fault has occurred after this 30 day period, but within 6 months, then we will be happy to offer you a credit note.
