How your order is delivered
We always use reputable couriers, large orders will be delivered using Parcel Force, and small orders will be delivered using Royal Mail.

If you are a UK resident, on most orders you will have the option to upgrade to a faster delivery method at checkout, additional charges will apply but we try to keep these charges as low as possible, in effort to maintain our reputation of being low on price.

Packaging & conserving resources
We try to use as much recycled packaging material as possible, instead of non-recycled material in effort to reduce our carbon footprint. We encourage our customers to recycle the packaging they receive, because we believe that if we all work together, we can make a big difference!

Even when we are printing our customers addresses, we try to conserve as much resources as possible, by purchasing and using recycled paper, and using as less printing ink as possible.

Cancelling your order
If you have ordered in error, or if you have changed your mind, you must contact us to cancel your order before the status of your order changes to 'dispatched'.
Once your order status has changed to 'dispatched', you cannot cancel your order under any circumstances.

Returning your order
If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return providing the item(s) is unused. You can return your item(s) to us upto 14 days after receiving your purchase. All returns must be received in a re-saleable condition, to guarantee that refunds will be granted. If your return does not arrive in a re-saleable condition, then we cannot guarantee that refunds will be granted.
