If you are unhappy with your purchase you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You must return the goods within 7 days from date of receiving unused and packaged in the original packaging. Only when the goods have been returned and checked that a replacement or a refund will be given (unit price only - no postage costs will be refunded). We will not be able to refund any postage costs whatsoever, for the return of the product. We will refund or replace upon checking the product, and there will be a 20% restocking fee. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
