Helium is not included, but can be bought easily from Party shops/ florists and even ebay!

Please note when paying by cheque or E-cheque : Even though your account will be debited immediately, these funds can still be stopped by your bank. Therefore you have to allow 10 working days for full clearance of any cheque before your item can be dispatched.

Celebration Moment offer two types of postage, 1st class standard and 1st class recorded.

1st class standard details: proof of postage obtained, but cannot be traced once it has left my premises.

1st class Recorded delivery: Proof of postage obtained and can be tracked during dispatch process to delivery.

Celebration Moment dispatch orders within one working day (excl weekends & Bank holidays) however Royal Mail can take 2-4 working days (excl weekends & Bank holidays) and sometimes longer during their busier times for both of these services.

If you have left ordering balloons to the last minute, Celebration Moment recommends that 1st class Recorded Postage delivery be chosen at checkout. This will at least give you piece of mind that your item can be tracked during transit.
