Premier Products does its best to represent the colour of its products to the best of its ability, but the colours are only a rough estimation, the actual colours could look different because of ones computer screen can be different.

Premier Products have an independent inspection of every product, and will not ship a product until an elaborate testing procedure is PASSED on all tests in accordance with CE regulations. If anything is wrong with the item after it is delivered, everything is covered under the manufactures warranty, and Premier Products will make its best effort to uphold the warranty through its parts warehouse and warranty service department.

For custom orders, most of the time involved is the custom building of the item to your specification; lead times are 8-10 weeks, all stock items are delivered within 7-14 days (starting from payment by customer).
