RETURNS POLICY / PROCEDURE
We want to make sure that you have had a hassle Free and easy Trasaction with us , because we want to make sure that you will want to buy from us again.
In the event that an item is Faulty or there is a problem you will need to contact the Manufacturer as it is more than likely that your product has been sold with a manufacturers warranty that will cover any defect/fault within normal usage terms.
In the event that the Manufacturer advises a return to us we will need a returns number from them and on receipt of the returned goods will refund you in full and cover your return postage up to the value of the carriage charged upon receipt of proof of posting cost , or in the event of a free delivery item we must confirm the cost of the return postage and agree this before a return is made.
Items must be sent via a recorded or tracked method as we cannot refund items that we do not receive back. For Shortages on items or Incorrect items received we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. In the event of a returned item we will firstly check all serial numbers and and validate the goods as being ours.
We will also check the fault as described to us and if found either to not have originated from our stock or having been found to be caused by misuse or not faulty No refund will be given and a delivery charge and administration fee of £25 will be charged to return the item to you.

Right of withdrawal Consumers only - (Business users or items for commercial use or part commercial use or resale these rights do not apply)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason for items costing £42 or more.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day the goods are delivered.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us Blitz Online , Hallas House , 01274 956 955 ,email@example.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us Blitz Online ,Hallas House , Royd Way , Keighley , West Yorkshire BD21 3LG, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If the goods were delivered directly to your home and the goods by their nature cannot normally be returned by post You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods at a cost of £14.28 for up to 15 kilos in weight. For items over 15 kilos in weight we will contact our preferred courier company APC to obtain a current cost price.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please check with us first if you are in doubt that your returned items might be deemed liable for a diminished value as Items that have been used will be deemed to have a diminished value and we will deduct monies from any refund of between 80 & 100% of the purchase price depending on the diminished value.
Consumable items for printing will be deemed as used if any of the inner packaging is opened or any seals broken and may not be returned .

For all transactions either consumer or business:-
The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for any special, indirect, exemplary or consequential loss, damage or compensation (whether for loss of profit, business, goodwill, savings or contracts), costs, expenses, whether caused by the negligence of the Seller, its employees or agents or otherwise which arises out of or in connection with this Contract.
Problems caused by events outside Seller's control
The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer or be deemed to be in breach of this Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Seller's obligations in relation to the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Seller's reasonable control. The Seller will notify the Buyer of any event covered by this clause as soon as is reasonably possible. Without limitation, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond the Seller's reasonable control:
(a) Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;
(b) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes (not involving employees of the Seller);
(c) war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;
(d) import or export regulations or embargos;
(e) difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery;
(f) power failure or breakdown in machinery;
(g) road blockages by protestors.
