- If you change your mind, or any of our products that fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item,
- you must notify us via the link in "my eBay" within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned within 14 days for a refund.
- We are happy to refund or exchange the item provided it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories.
- We will then issue you with a return authorisation number, address and clear shipping instructions. All items must be returned by second class Royal Mail, unless advised.
- Please keep proof of postage which could be acquired free of cost from the post office.
Please do not send anything back without return authorisation number.
Any item returned without an authorisation number might not be processed properly and may cause delays in refund or you might not be able to get any refund at all.
Due to hygiene and health reasons, once unwrapped some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty such as earrings,
body jewellery & personal grooming products, some fancy dresses, undergarments etc. For the same reasons mattress,
sofa bed or divan that has been unwrapped will be deemed as used and cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing fault.
We may also restrict the exchange of some media products once opened such as CD's, DVD's and computer software.
Any flat-pack furniture that has been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing fault.
All goods are new unless otherwise stated. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt,

to us for assessment and verification of the fault (Please note you must contact us to obtain the return authorisation number before returning the product).
If the product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage cost will be refunded.
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange.
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
Purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Customer is responsible for meeting all postage fees.
