This listing is for the FL3202 and is supplied with the clip on elbows to suit 8mm id hose. The FL32 series pumps are physically larger than the FL22 series. For other models see my other items!
Small pump with, big power. Fitted to many models of trolley and backpacks.
Replacement for models as listed below but suitable for many other uses and other brands of backpack. If your backpack does not have a flow control then you probably need one of the lower flow models such as the 2203. All the FL220* models are interchangeable for mounting but flow can be in either direction. Note that some sellers sell similar models but use different numbers.
I cannot be responsible for any change in manufacturers specification. The below chart is a guide based on my experiences. I have put as much information as I know but it is up to the purchaser to make their own choice. Extend2wash cannot be responsible for a buyer making the wrong choice.
It is possible to have 2 types of backpack with the same pump number on but they are not interchangeable unless the inlet and outlet pipes are swapped over. If you are unsure there is a small arrow on the pump showing direction of flow.
To alter L to R or vice versa take off the over pressure switch then take out the 2 screws holding the pump body to the motor(don't take the pump off) then turn the pump through 180degrees, taking care not to dislodge the O ring. Replace the screws. The wires on the over pressure switch can be replaced either way.
The 22 series pump have 3 types of fitting. Barb, (hosetail) as fitted to the TSR35, clip on elbow as fitted to the KSR80/505 and screw on as fitted to some of the WS series of backpacks. The 2202 series has a slightly longer motor than the 2203 series so if fitting a 2202A to a 505 backpack to increase performance it needs to have the cap taken of the o.p. switch before it will fit in
Models in bold are the models I stock but these pumps suit other models sold by various suppliers though the onus is on you to make sure which pump you need as suppliers change specification from time to time.
