Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, UK Customers have the right to cancel the purchase contract at any time up to 7 days after the day of delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must inform Trotters Web Trading either by email or letter with details of the goods ordered and reason for cancellation. We use a pantone colour chart to try and make sure the colours of items are represented correctly within our listings. Please be aware that they may appear different to you based on your pc monitors settings. If you have any doubt about colors you should contact us before buying. We are not able to refund in full because it is not the colour you wanted. Based on the information provided in the distant selling regulations we are not able to accept returns for any underwear items for hygiene reasons. (we determine underwear to be any garment that would not ordinarily be worn on the the outside of the clothing, this includes swimwear items). Nor are we able to accept returns for items which are made to order.
