There is a 14 calendar day return policy on all items purchased from the "Buy it Now" listing, (from date of purchase under the distant selling regulations 2000) items must be returned (at buyers cost and by signed delivery) in an unused/unopened condition and with original packaging stating exactly the reason for return. All electrical/mechanical products “classed as graded” are with a 2 month return to base warranty. See the terms and conditions section for more details. Warranty covers electrical and mechanical failure only due to manufacturers defect. Faulty items may be returned within the warranty period for repair only. If we are unable to repair the item, then we may replace it with the same, or a similar model. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning any item. If an item is returned that is not faulty then the customer will be liable for redelivery charges. Goods will be held for 30 days after which they will be disposed of, and you will receive no compensation.
