OUR RETURNS POLICY Please read the following Information as it explains our Returns Policy. 14 Day RTB Warranty - Any Faults / Problems / Issues must be reported to us ASAP and items MUST be returned within this 14 day period. (This excludes any item listed as "Returns NOT accepted") (See below) ALL buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items to us. (This applies to both ‘AUCTION’ and ‘BUY IT NOW’ listings.) (The Warranty we offer is 14 Day Return to Base (RTB) only. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, and must be packaged securely. Our Returns policy varies slightly depending on the type of ‘eBay listing’ – This is explained below: ‘Auction’ Items: If an item was listed as an ‘Auction’ and if it is deemed to be faulty or not as described (once it has been returned to us) we will, where possible, endeavour to replace the item. If this is not possible, we will offer a full refund, including the initial shipping cost. (Providing the issue is raised with us within 14 days or receipt of the item) 'Buy It Now’ and ‘2nd Chance’ items When an item is listed as "BUY IT NOW" / "2ND CHANCE" / or as “Or Best Offer” ALL buyers are entitled to a 7 Day 'Cooling-Off' period as per eBay's listing policies regarding Distance Selling Regulations. (Please note this does not apply to ‘auction’ items or ‘Spares Repairs’ items.) If an item is listed as a ‘Buy it Now’ and if it is deemed to be faulty or not as described (Outside of the 7 day ‘Cooling-Off’ period, and once it has been returned to us) we will, where possible, endeavour to replace the item. If this is not possible, we will offer a full refund, including the initial shipping cost. (Providing the issue is raised with us within 14 days or receipt of the item) 'Consumables’ Spares / Repairs’ Items Occasionally we do have auction items that are specified as having 'No Warranty and No Returns / Refunds' (And will have "Returns Not Accepted" in the Returns policy of the individual listing.) Returns will NOT be accepted for these particular items, as they are either New / Un-used Consumable items (such as Printer Toners / Blank Data Media) or items that are Faulty / Un-tested / Incomplete / or suitable for spares/repairs only) - (such as *Projectors / Vintage equipment.) *We do not have the technical knowledge / equipment to repair these items – this is the reason they are sold as faulty, or for spares / repairs only. Someone with the right technical ability may be able to repair these items. But as this is something we do not have the ability to do, these are offered without warranty. Any Questions / Queries?
