We think you should know exactly what you're buying before you part with your cash. That's why we:

• Always use accurate descriptions. Some iPods we sell have marks or scratches. We mention even the smallest blemishes in item descriptions.
• Test everything fully. Before we offer any item for sale, we get our paws on it and give it a thorough test. We check every function and make sure all parts work properly.

1. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase if you have purchased using the 'buy it now' option. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods.
2. No right of cancellation, refund or return exists once you have used your product or if you have purchased an item sold at auction, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
3. Goods that are sealed or shrink-wrapped and this is removed can only be returned if they are defective.
4. You will be responsible for funding return postage unless the item is returned for being defective.
5. No right of cancellation exists for personalised goods or goods that are intimate in their nature or goods where there may be hygiene issues, unless defective.
6. We recommend that all returns be sent by recorded post. We will not issue refunds for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit to us.
7. Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within 3 working days after we have received the item back.
8. We will also refund the cost of standard or recorded postage incurred returning a product, if incorrectly sent by us or where the product has been returned due to a defect. Please note that we will not refund any courier, overnight or express element of any delivery or postage charge, including Royal Mail Special Delivery.
9. Warranty Restrictions: Warranty where included, only applies to the internal mechanics. It will not apply where an item has been subject to accidental damage such as dropping, crushing, exposure to excessive heat or liquid and instances of improper usage, or attempts to internally access the item.

B+    The item is in good condition but may have some light usage marks and/or scratches to the screen and/or front fascia. 

         The reverse will have scratches.

 

B       The item is in fair condition with a larger collection of marks and/or scratches to the screen and/or front fascia.

         The reverse will have scratches.
