Returns Policy: By purchasing an item you have agreed to conditions below. Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel: You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition and correctly packed as same way item received, complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging. Any return must be received back within 30 days of the purchase date. A refund of the order will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the returned item. Please note Express Delivery charges will not be refunded. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Earphones/in-ear headphones, in-ear Bluetooth headsets may only be returned if they are still in the unopened box with the seal intact for hygiene reasons. Faulty Products: In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged or faulty, please ensure that you notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement. If your item develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, please contact us for a returns reference number. A replacement/refund will be issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. Should an item become faulty after 14 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair or replacement, after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. Remote Controlled Helicopters: All helicopters must be checked for full function before being flown. Ground test instructions, advice and tips are included with each item. However, if you are still unsure as to how to carry out a ground test please contact us at sales@timekeepersint.com. Any damage to packaging or fault must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. No helicopter is indestructible whether real US military bullet proof Apache, remote controlled electric-, turbine-, gasoline-powered, or large, midi or micro. We do not under any circumstances accept helicopters damaged after flying for refund or replacement. Helicopters do not come with any warranty. Most spare parts are available to order. Please email us prices. We cannot guarantee availability of parts. We can repair crash damaged helicopters. Parts and labour charges will apply compare to the retail price. Two way radios/Walkie talkies/Motorbike intercom: Must be returned in resalable condition correctly packed with all screen protectors on. Refunds will not be given for opened blister pack radios unless faulty. Note: Advertised range is tested in an unobstructed straight line by the manufacturer. Designed mainly for use outdoors and in open indoor areas, such as warehouses with high roofs and without many separations, e.g. Tesco/Asda large stores. Range depends on terrain as advertised. Range can be reduced to up to 1km or less in built up areas. Reception inside vehicles is very low due to radio interference from the metal bodywork. This does not apply to motorbikes. These conditions will apply to any make and model of PMR 446 licence free radios regardless of make and model. Wrist watches: For refunds, must be returned unworn, unadjusted with all protective films intact. Returns for replacement or refunds: For all categories above, prior to returning your item, you must email us to obtain a Returns Reference within 7 days of receiving an item.
