Once we have confirmed a delivery date with you, if the driver attends your property and no one is at home we will then charge a redelivery charge of 20 pounds for shower enclosures/trays and 10 pounds for bath screens. This will be to cover a second delivery. If you provide incorrect delivery details you will be charged a re delivery charge as the couriers will charge us, again this may delay your delivery.

If you would like a specific or next day delivery please email us once you have completed purchase to request invoice.Please bear in mind during peak times your emails may take upto 24 hours to be dealt with.Specific and Next day delivery for enclosures/trays is £20.00, for bathscreens £10.00.

We like to ensure our products reach our customers in perfect condition, therefore if your item is damaged in transit a few things may happen. We may cancel your order and refund you in full.
