Returns: Before returning any goods, please obtain an RMA Returns Number from us by emailing Thepcwdoc@aol.com or telephoning 01745 886286. Goods will only be accepted if the RMA Number we give you is dearly marked on the outside of the parcel. Please ensure that goods are adequately packed in the Anti-Static bags originally supplied & that postage or courier fees have been prepaid. Please also make sure that everything that was originally received with the product, (such as Cables, Adaptors, CD's, Screws & Manuals) are returned with the goods. IF GOODS ARE RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER or PARTS THAT WERE ORIGINALLY SUPPLIED ARE MISSING, then processing & dealing with your return MAY BE CONSIDERABLY DELAYED. Please note that goods returned are usually tested within seven working weekdays of receipt & if no faults are found then we reserve the right to make a small charge to cover the costs of return postage/carriage & our workshop time. If goods are returned after 14 days from the date of delivery & within 12 months from the date of purchase & are subsequently found to be faulty, then they will be replaced with same type product or an alternative as agreed with yourself. We recommend that returned goods are sent by a tracked postal or Courier service. Shipping Costs of Returns: If goods are delivered to you damaged or "dead on arrival" then we will re-lmburse your reasonable postage or carriage costs providing you notify us by email to Thepcwdoc@aol.com within three days of receipt & that all our Terms & Conditions regarding returns are complied with in full. The costs of all other returns are the responsibility of our Customers. Refunds: As per your Statutory Rights & the Distance Selling Regulations, goods may be returned for a refund providing they are received by us within 14 days of the date of delivery to yourself. If goods are returned for a refund after 14 days from the date of delivery & within 12 months from the date of purchase and because they are not wanted or because the wrong or incompatible goods have been bought; then we reserve the right to take goods back at our discretion & to deduct a restocking fee of 30% of the product price inc.
