RETURNS AND LOST/DELAYED ITEMS We are confident about the quality of all our products, and also check each one before packaging. However sometimes we miss small defects, or the item may be damaged in transit. To give peace of mind, we offer a Returns Policy and a Lost Item policy which are outlined below ----- ITEMS DELAYED OR LOST IN POST 99% of our items are sent Royal Mail First Class Post, and should be with you within 3 working days. If this is not the case, please email me stating the item name and when purchased. We will contact you normally within 48 hours of this email. Out of all the items we have posted over the last few years that have been classed as Not Delivered, the majority are actually sat in the Local Sorting Office, where the postman has tried to deliver, but has not left a card to say so, So in the first instance, Please Check With Your Local Sorting Office. We will make a claim on your behalf with Royal Mail, but we cannot make this claim if you do not advise us about Non Receipt. Please ensure you contact us within the 14 day period, as we cannot track your item after that, and therefore will be unable to help. RETURNS All our items are checked before packaging, but should there be any damage in transit, or the item is not as described, we will gladly accept returns. Again, please contact us immediately outlining the problem with the item, and we will advise the best way to continue, which will normally be to return the item via Recorded Delivery to ensure we receive it. Once the item is received back, you will be refunded the full purchase price (Only) of the item in question.
