If you wish to return goods, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging. Only items received which are damaged or faulty will be accepted. On receipt of your purchase, please contact customer services immediately if the item is damaged. Notification of damaged goods must be made within 48hrs of receipt. We can then assess the problem and ask you to return the item. Proof of postage must be retained in case of loss. All returns must be made within 7 days. When returning faulty items, you must send them by ‘Special Delivery’ or ‘Recorded’ for insurance purposes. Faulty items not returned by this method and are lost in the post, will result in being non-refundable or replaceable. Please note that unless the item is damaged or faulty we cannot refund postage costs, or reimburse your postage costs for returning items. For returns from Europe or the rest of the world, a similar service must be used, so that the item/s are fully insured and require a signature. Once we have received the item and assessed the damage, you will either be offered a replacement or full refund. Please allow up to 30 days for replacements or refunds. For health and hygiene reasons, all earrings must be returned unopened in the original packaging. Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept returns for rings which are the wrong size.
