We only provide service to the above listed countries.
Please kindly pay attention:
We don't offer free shipping to some subsidiary islands of United Kingdom and United States, such as Virgin island UK, Guernsey UK, Jersey UK, Virgin island USA and Guam USA.
Confirmed address before sending
-We ONLY send the product to paypal confirmed address if buyer paid by paypal.Kindly confirm your address before we send it out if you paid by other payment methods.
Once we send out:
-You could NOT reroute
-You could NOT hold for pick up
-You could NOT correct the address
-The courier company will return the package to us after tried to deliver the product to buyer two times. If buyers request us to resend the parcel, buyer should be responsible for all the return and resend postage.

Terms of acceptance
- We are NOT responsible for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel return back to us due to the buyers refuse to pay the above fee, we would NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to the above reason.
- We reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time for any reason.
- Our price is for oversea buyer, we won't sell our product in Hong Kong. Please don't request us to send to Hong Kong address or pick up in our office.
- We will ship the products within 1 business day after clearance of payment. We use DHL, Fedex and UPS for our international shipment. We will choose the lowest price for your cities. They usually take 3 working days for delivery to most of the international cities. In our experience, around 10% items will take longer than that due to the customs clearance.

- We provide one year warranty for all our products from the date of purchase. Please kindly fill the online warranty card after you receive the product.
Return Policy
Defective Item
Our technician will examine the items carefully before sending out. If you receive a defective product, please keep it in original condition and email to notify us immediately. We will provide technical support or arrange return for you.
1. if receive and report defective item within 14 days, we will offer exchange for a new product.
2. if receive and report defective item in 15 days to warranty period, we offer free maintenance service.
Attention: Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee; we will pay for sending the item back to customer. However, we will NOT be responsible for installing or uninstalling.
Non-defective Item

- If any item purchased from us fails to meet your expectation. Please inform us within 14 days. It may be refunded as described below; the merchandise must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by us.
- Please note that buyer is responsible for return shipping;
- The amount of refund will be subtracted the original shipping cost and 10 % of administration fee (handling charges.)
- No refund or exchange will be accepted after 14 days if the item is non-defective.

we suggest that ask professional to install products and contact us when installing issue happened. There are many issues are resulted from installing and operating inappropriately. Please identify the issue before you return. We do not offer refund, exchange, and shipping, if the technician confirms the product is non-defective.
Attention: Customer is responsible for the 2-way shipping costs. We will not be responsible for installing or uninstalling.
Damage or missing components
- Our products are all brand new and inspected carefully before sending out. Please check the package before the courier leaves.
- If you receive a broken item or missing part, please keep the original package and email the photos & your contact number to us within 5 days.
- If products possibly damage during delivery, customers have to report in 5 days with your contact number and photo showing damage. Meanwhile, it may take about 15 days for the shipping company to investigate the case, thanks for your understanding.

Payment Method
Paypal
- We send the item out to you within 24 working hours if your score more than 50 and with confirmed shipping address.
- We will access your account information if you have unconfirmed shipping address, we have the right to unaccepted your payment.
- We won't send the items to PO Box or address that different to your paypal address.
Bank in:
- We have HSBC bank account in UK. Mail us for more information if you want to bank in.
- We will send the payment instructions to buyer within 24 hours after order received.
- Buyers should complete the payment within 7 business days after placing order, otherwise, we will cancel the order if buyer fails to do that.
- We will report to eBay as an unpaid item.
Others
- We do NOT accept cash or any kinds of bank check or money order, please DON'T send to us. Otherwise, we will charge GBP10 for resending the payment back to your place by registered air mail. PLEASE DON'T send to us.
