We prefer payment by Paypal although we will accept payment by personal cheque or postal order. All payments must be made in GBP (£)
Payment should be made within 5 working days of placing your order.
If you have mailed your payment then please allow sufficient time for the cheque to arrive, clear and then your order to be dispatched. Any payments received by Paypal Echeque will not be dispatched until notification that payment has cleared
Items are usually dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of cleared funds
Dispatch mornings are daily Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) although we may dispatch more frequently during busier periods
If for any unforeseen circumstance we are unable to dispatch your item on time, we will get in touch and sort this out for you through a variety of options
All items are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class and air mail services. Courier services are usually provided by Interlink Express, we will provide a 'predict service' whereby the courier will notify you by email and/or text the estimated date and delivery time of your order. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we are unable to send heavy and courier delivered items to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands. Please do not select courier delivery to these exclusion zones. All postage offers cited in the description are for UK delivery only. International delivery available only when stated in the description, please allow two weeks from dispatch for (international) air mail delivery.
In the unusual event of a faulty, damaged or incorrect item being received, please get in touch and we will resolve this swiftly for you through a prompt refund or replacement.
If your item is unsuitable or you have changed your mind, it must be returned unused, in its original packaging, at your own cost within 7 days of receipt. A replacement will be offered or a refund, minus any original postage charge. Any refunds or replacements of this nature will be processed upon our receipt of the returned item.
Occasionally, manufacturers update the packaging of products before the item listing pictures can be updated, we endeavour to keep on top of this, but we will always dispatch the most up to date product to you. For some listings we accept colour requests, please be aware that we cannot always guarantee the colour you will receive (unless specifically stated in the listing). Please get in touch if you are only prepared to receive a specific colour to check availability.
