If no name is received with the order, we will send 2 e-bay messages. If no reply afterwards your item will despatched with My in place of the personalisation.
Personalisation Is for the name only. All other wording on our covers is standard.
The maximum number of characters is 15. Anything over this number of characters would make the font size quite small.
The font is shown on the photograph of the cover, we cannot change it.
We cannot add special characters or accents. You can only personalise products with standard characters, letters or numbers.
We are unable to make any changes to personalised products after the order has been placed and paid for.
We advise thoroughly spell checking your message before completing your order as once it has been placed, the order is final. To avoid disappointment, please check carefully.
For personalised and standard (non personalised) items:
We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. All books must be returned unused and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of the return postage. Refunds will be given upon receipt of the book (excluding the original postage cost).
