FAQ's

I have installed the bulb, but my flashlight doesn't work. What can I do?
The LED Upgrade Bulb is polarity specific. Simply remove the bulb, turn it 180 degrees and re-insert into your AA Mini Maglite®. That should do the trick.

How many lumens is the Nite Ize LED Upgrade II?
The Nite Ize LED Upgrade II is approximately 30 lumens.

Will the Nite Ize LED Upgrade II work with lithium & rechargeable batteries?
Yes.

Will the Nite Ize multi function IQ Switch tail cap work with the Nite Ize LED Upgrade II?

SHIPPING
We use various methods of shipping depending on the items being purchased. We mostly use Royal Mail standard and special delivery services and occasionally other courier services. We offer FREE UK shipping on a wide selection of our items and we do offer reduced shipping on multiple orders of all items. We ship most items worldwide. Our standard UK shipping is via Royal Mail Second Class post - this is not trackable and Royal Mail will not even consider an item of mail lost until at least 15 working days after posting. For express delivery with tracking we recommend upgrading to "signed for" or "special delivery". Standard European and Worldwide shipping is via Royal Mail Airmail - for trackable, insured delivery we recommend that you select "Airsure". For countries where Airsure is not available we will use "Royal Mail International Signed For" Orders are normally shipped within one to four working days of payment being received. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Public and Bank Holidays.

RETURNS
If you have received damaged or incorrect goods please contact us immediately either via email or through ebay messaging. You will be entitled to a replacement, exchange or a full refund including the cost of delivery. We will either arrange to collect the items or ask you to return them to us via Royal Mail at our cost. We will not be held responsible for meeting the cost of return by another method.
For all other returns (i.e. not relating to DAMAGED or INCORRECT GOODS) you must return the product to us at your cost.
A receipt MUST be provided for a full refund which will be excluding delivery costs (where we did not charge for initial delivery on items we may deduct our actual delivery cost from the refund value).
Items will only be accepted for refund or exchange if they are in re-sellable condition in original packing with all labels and tags intact. Clothing must not have been worn. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. For all returns, please use the original shipping / packaging materials ensuring that your package is wrapped securely. You must take reasonable care of products received, whether you cancel the contract or return the products for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: The returns policy is void if the manufacture's instructions have not been followed or if the product has been subject to misuse or any modifications.

NON-DELIVERY
Whilst most of our shipments arrive on good time and without problem - occasionally Royal Mail do seem to "mislay" an item. If your item does not arrive when expected, please contact us via eBay messaging and we will advise you of the steps to take. For peace of mind we recommend one of the trackable delivery options which we provide such as "Signed for" "Special Delivery" or "Airsure".
