Winning bidder in the USA agrees to pay $19.95 on top of winning bid- this includes shipping and shipping related overhead. Insurance included. We ship worldwide! Please contact us for information on shipping or Customs- we specialize in International Shipping- please see positive feedback from other International Bidders! Please note that import Customs duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We have no control over these taxes and they are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Colorado residents will be charged 6.7% Sales Tax.

Terms of Sale
We advertise 2 different types of sales: “In Stock” and “In Production / Pre-Sale.” In Stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours. "In Production / Pre-Sale" item ship no later than 30 days after the date of purchase. Pre-sales are beneficial to everyone in the collectibles world: the Seller gets a confirmed sale, and the Buyer gets a guaranteed price (regardless of market prices when the item ships). This is especially beneficial to the Buyer, as limited edition, museum grade collectibles often sell out long before they ship, meaning that the market price can and often goes much higher, as demand surges ahead of supply. Please keep in mind: these kinds of products are limited edition, museum grade pieces of art. They are hand-assembled and/or hand painted; they are not mass-produced with machines. This item and all pre-sale items guaranteed to ship within 30 days or buyer is entitled to 100% refund. Please ask any/all questions before you buy.
We pride ourselves on customer service. If you have any questions before/after your order, please feel free to email us during normal business hours- 8 am to 5 pm M-F, with any questions or concerns. WE ANSWER ALL EMAILS. If you do not hear back from us within a reasonable time frame, we did not receive your e-mail or you did not receive our answer. This sometimes happens, especially with today's junk filters, spam control, and ISP/server issues. Please e-mail us from a different e-mail account or feel free to call us, all our contact information is available to all winning bidders.
The Shipment of Your Package
For US Customers: we ship everything Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or Fedex. This normally takes 2-3 days but in rare cases, 1-2 weeks. You will be emailed a tracking number and it is your responsibility as a customer to track your package(s) until they arrive. Please contact us if you don’t receive your tracking number. Please contact us if have not received your package within this time frame or if you are having any trouble. Your package is 100% insured against theft/damage/loss so no worries.
For International Customers: We use USPS Express, USPS Priority, and occasionally Fedex International (with oversized parcels) to mail your order, and all of these services include tracking/insurance. You will be emailed a tracking number and it is your responsibility as a customer to track your package(s) until they arrive. For packages to ship from the USA to your country, it normally takes 3-7 days for Express, 7-14 days for Priority, and 3-5 days with Fedex International. There are often delays in Customs- sometimes hours, sometimes days, sometimes weeks. We have no control and cannot be held responsible for delays in your country's Customs Department. Your package may be assessed Customs taxes/duties. If you refuse to pay the taxes assessed on your package, and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for all shipping charges, both ways. All International packages are automatically insured so you are always covered 100% in case of theft/damage/loss.
We are Direct Dealers of the items we sell, and that means service before, during, and after the sale. If you buy through us, you are entitled to all the guarantees/warranties we get as Direct Dealers. If the item we shipped you turns out to be defective, we will have this replaced FREE OF CHARGE. Please contact us immediately before making any decisions, if you receive something defective. We have a few options and we will work with you to get your item replaced as quickly as possible.
We inspect and package everything we sell very carefully to prevent damage in shipment but some circumstances are beyond our control. It is VERY RARE but sometimes items do arrive damaged, as a result of being mishandled by the carrier. We insure everything we ship 100% so you are covered, but it is the Buyer's responsibility to file a Damage Report with the post office or Carrier that delivered the package-- all of the necessary information is on the outside of the package. This applies to all packages, within the United States and International. We will not refund payments unless we are certain that the Bidder has filed the necessary Damage Report, and we are certain that the Carrier is refunding to us. Of course we will assist you in any way we can, but it is the BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to file the Damage Report. In most cases, we will receive a direct compensation (refund) from the Carrier if the claim is filed properly, and then we will refund to the buyer. Lost Packages: This is very very rare. In this rare event, we have to wait 45 days before we can officially file a claim with USPS. If the courier truly has a lost package, we will file a claim and refund your payment as soon we have the official word from USPS that the package is officially declared "lost". We cannot refund until the package has been officially declared LOST.
