Returns Policy Items received which are damaged/faulty If an item is received which is either damaged or faulty out of the box the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement provided we are notified of the issue within 28 days of receipt of the item. We will then arrange for a courier to collect the item from you. As soon as we have received the item back it will be checked to confirm the fault. Provided a fault is found a refund or replacement will be provided. Please note that any attempt by you or any third party to alter or repair your faulty product may invalidate your warranty and any costs arising from such work will not be refunded. Unwanted Items If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item you have purchased and you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
